Condo financing is available for both primary residences, vacation homes, and investment properties nationwide. The pricing on these loans is only slighly different the for a single family residence. (SFR) We have excellent rates on these mortgage products including the 30 year fixed, and 5/1 ARMs. These can be interest only loans if desired. Currently we have note rates in the low 5's for these types of loans.
